How long does it take to process an order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $35.00 total order value.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Yes, we have a 200-page color catalog. Click "Request a Catalog" on our home page or download the PDF here.
Do you have a freight prepaid policy?
Our freight policy on hardware is $600 total order value with no freight charges. If the order has shades, we allow a 10% credit towards freight (must meet $475 total order value).
How do you ship orders?
We ship via UPS or FedEx for ground orders. Larger shipments go LTL on a common carrier.
Who do you sell to?
We are a wholesale distributor and sell to businesses only. If you are a retail customer, please visit our retail website.
How do you highlight new products?
New items will be listed in the "Featured Products" section of our home page.
Can customers pick up their order?
Yes, we welcome any customer to visit our Bristol, PA facility for pickup.
What happens with backordered items?
We will place these on backorder and ship within a short period once stock is available.

Can you get items not listed on your website?
Yes, we can special order many items. Please inquire via the Contact tab. We aspire to be the most complete lamp and lighting supplier.
What type of payment do you require?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also ship via C.O.D. or check in advance.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes, most products have discounted prices for volume ordering. Contact us directly for large quantity pricing.
